Dog Balm-Itchy, Rash, Allergy

Amazing Products for our Furbabies

Skin issues are always worrying because there’s so many reasons why.  I will always investigate their food first and foremost, then environmental triggers for allergic reactions.

What I can offer your fur babies though may gently soothe the skin, aid in the healing, reduce the severity and irritation of unpleasant symptoms, but discovering the cause is best determined by a dog loving professional. I recommend you try the specialty natural soap with neem and Chamomile then follow with the herbal dog skin balm.

If your dog is constantly licking paws, add sea or mineral rich sea salt, apple cider vinegar and water to a container to dip paws in after contact with grass. When it’s not sore to touch, apply the balm between the toes and pads. Apply anywhere there are bald patches or skin irritation regardless of the cause, Mites, Mange, sores are some of the conditions I’ve seen improved.

Carrot Oil Respected aromatherapy references suggest, that it is useful for the treatment of dermatitis, eczema, psoriasis, wrinkles, aids dry skin and revitalises the basal layer. Neem oil is antibacterial, antiviral, antifungal, antiseptic, and anti parasitic. Because of these properties, it is widely deployed in many different toiletries such as soap, toothpaste, hair care products, and skin care products. The oil has moisturizing and regenerative properties, contains Vitamin E, and essential fatty acids. It is also used to deter mosquitoes, fleas, flies, ticks, mites, and lice. It promotes a strong immune system, healthy skin, a shiny, problem free coat, and is all-round excellent for radiantly healthy dogs.

Jojoba oil contains myristic acid which also has anti-inflammatory actions and since it has a similar in composition to that of the skin’s own oils, it is quickly absorbed and is excellent for dry skins as well as inflamed conditions. * Note Essential oils are very potent, therefore only a very small amount has been added to the balm to ensure dosage is low. Precautions – Do not use any essential oils on pregnant bitches. Do not use on deep wounds as the skin may heal over too quickly, trapping debris and bacteria inside.

I’ve had some excellent feedback on improvement of dogs skin problems with this balm. To help your pet from scratching and clearly suffering because of it, give this a go. Some allergies in dogs which are a cause of skin issues could be food related, so a visit to an experienced animal practitioner and an allergy test will tell you more. This is worth having on hand regardless of the cause. At the very least, you can expect a more healthy, glossy and stronger coat.

“This balm has helped my dry lips, dry skin, an itchy skin episode and dry scalp, so it’s more of a multi – purpose balm.  Even 2 dogs with a chronic case of mange resulting in saved lives. I highly recommend this for all dog lovers”
