Refund and Returns

RETURNS POLICY

When you shop at Aromatic Essentials or The Little Soap Shop, you can do so with confidence – the confidence of knowing that if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it and we will provide you with a refund within the guidelines outlined below. This policy applies to all purchases whether in the shop or online.


What To Do

The quickest and easiest way to return a product that is purchased online is to email us at aromaticessentials1(@gmail.com.
Send a photograph of the problem and description. Although we check and double check orders prior to shipping, we are human and mistakes can happen. Due to the rising cost of postage, we can no longer ship items that are missing from your order. If you discover a missing item, please let us know as soon as possible. We will gladly issue a refund for the missing item or a store credit. 

Contact us within 14 days from date of purchase for eligibility.

Due to the cost of postage and my not-for-profit status, a refund or store credit is only available.
If purchased at The Little Soap Shop, you may return it for an exchange or store credit. Open times are located here or make a booking to visit outside of these hours. Friday afternoons are available for pre booked appointments.

The customer will be responsible for returning the goods to The Little Soap shop whether in store or online.


Returns Only Accepted If;

  • I can verify that the item was originally purchased from Aromatic Essentials/ Little soap shop; and
  • The item is not a Special Exception and Satisfactory Identification is presented at the time of the return.

I want you to be 100% happy with your purchase and if the condition of the product isn’t satisfactory, I’ll do my best to fix it.


Proof Of Purchase

Please note that all returns, refunds or exchanges must be accompanied by the following Proof of Purchase:

  • Original purchase receipt (this is sent to your nominated email address for online purchases)
  • The faulty product or photograph

Goods Arrived Damaged?

If, for some reason, your goods arrive damaged please take a photograph and email me with details. An application to Auspost will probably be required. Email me here. Include the date and time the products were received and where.


Satisfactory Identification

I will accept:

  • A current Driver’s License, including a Learners permit with photograph; or
  • Proof of Age card that is approved by the Government with photograph
    and signature within the seal; or
  • Australian or International Passport. 

Bonus Items/Free Gifts

No returns or exchanges are offered for bonus products or free gifts. If you don’t like them, pass them on or use for your feet!

Please choose carefully as there are no exchanges or refunds for “Change of mind” or incorrectly chosen products, unless the product is faulty.

 

Payment Method

I will refund using your original payment method or, where appropriate and at Aromatic Essentials sole discretion, on a store credit. I am confident that you’ll be thoroughly satisfied with your purchase, however, it’s a good idea for everyone, to have guidelines in place in case something goes wrong.us
